Sparta have experience in event security for a wide range of clients. We can provide SIA security guards / security supervisors for music festivals / football matches / events etc.
Sparta have worked are Glastonbury, T in the park, Download, Cream Fields and Chris Evans' car fest. Our event stewards & security guards hold SIA licences and we can provide stewards/marshals for car parking and assess control.
Alongside our event security staff we can supply
K9 dog teams which are an excellent deterrent during the event season.

Our highly-experienced security experts can conduct vehicle searches to ensure prohibited items such as weapons, drugs & other dangerous substances are unable to access your festival. Sparta Event Managers can also manage traffic throughout the event, ensuring traffic management systems enable smooth ingress and egress. This involves the creation of parking spaces, directing arrivals and co-ordinating effective firebreaks.
Whilst our event team are always available to provide a warm , friendly and welcome to any attendee, we also recognise our duty to assist local residents and the wider community who may live near the event location. That’s why we always seek to provide help and directions to anybody on how to navigate blocked off roads and areas. WHAT WE NEED:
We have an array of fantastic opportunities for Stewards and SIA Door Supervisors, which includes vacancies for supervisory roles for the right candidates. Join our team and flourish within an enthusiastic, friendly team working together to keep venues and events safe, fun and secure.
Individuals will need to be a people person, fair, friendly and approachable. You will be safety conscious, self-disciplined and well presented. We look for a consistent work ethic, a positive attitude and a professional manner. Remaining alert and aware of your surroundings is a key part of the role. You will be the first impression a customer gets when attending events and often the last face saying goodnight. Come rain or shine you will want the customer experience to be exceptional, and be proud of your involvement in making that happen.
TRAINING & SKILLS:
You will receive ACT certification and be willing to work towards a Level 2 Award in Spectator Safety. We are a registered training provider and always look to develop staff that wish to and are suitable to progress through the ranks.
You will be involved in:
- Ticket Checking Directing
- Customers Crowd Monitoring
- Identifying vulnerable patrons
- Providing support and guidance
If you possess the skills and character attributes to fulfil this role, we can offer regular work & excellent rates of pay. Previous customer service experience is welcomed and a willingness to strive to learn more.

Salary: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
